KITE STEPS DOWN FROM QUESTAR BOARD
SALT LAKE CITY Marilyn S. Kite has stepped down from Questar Corporation's board of directors following her appointment to the Wyoming State Supreme Court.
Ms. Kite joined Questar's board in 1997 and served on various committees. She has represented numerous oil-and-gas, coal, uranium and other mineral interests in state and federal proceedings. She is a partner in the regional law firm of Holland and Hart and practices law in Jackson, Wyo.
R.D. Cash, Questar chairman, president and chief executive officer, said, "We want to congratulate Marilyn on her new position on the Supreme Court. This is quite an honor, not to mention she will be the first woman to be appointed to this position in the state.
